I tried tuna again after my disastrous mistake a couple nights ago. My god was that terrible. In any case... turned out much better! Marinated in a soy based... marinade. I made a sauce to put over it by reducing some soy sauce and brown sugar with a few whole cloves of garlic. It was yummy. The side salad had a ginger dressing on it like the ones you get at Hibachi and some other asian restaurants. I'll probably make the two sauces again, but maybe not the fish.

Tuna looks a bit over cooked... but was just how I like it so that was nice. Woot. Now I never have to cook fish again. |
